Conversation

Your appraisal will begin with an initial conversation where we discuss your needs and why you’re seeking an appraisal. We may then schedule a time for us to examine your items.

Examine

We examine all the property and digital images will be taken of each item in the appraisal.

Deliver Final Appraisal

Appraisal will include photos of each item appraised. Descriptions of each item. individual values and when necessary, measurements and condition issues.
